AuSable Valley High School

AuSable Valley High School, located in Clintonville, New York, is a wonderful educational institution surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains. The school is housed in a combined Middle School and High School setting.

Vision Statement

The AuSable Valley Central School District will be an innovative school district for our student body.  Our district’s diverse population will be guaranteed a rigorous curriculum that encourages all pursuits of excellence necessary to empower future generations. We will ensure every student is prepared for a rapidly changing future in a safe, comforting, and inclusive environment. We will exemplify positive character traits among students, staff and community members to promote Patriot Pride. Our program will be built upon a foundation of integrity, empathy, respect, and a strong work ethic. The Patriot Community will utilize data driven decisions and clear goals while being fiscally responsible.

Keeseville Battle of Plattsburgh Mural is going up on the Civic Center! AVCS students along with visiting artist Gerald Gardner, teachers, and volunteers helped create this masterpiece! We have some exciting news coming from our AVCS Cafeteria!!The AVCS summer feeding program will be offering summer meals to children at NO COST to families. The program is available to children 18 and under. (Children that attend the summer youth program at AuSable Forks Elementary are not eligible to sign up as they already receive 5 breakfast and 5 lunches daily. However, siblings under 18 would be eligible.)AuSable Valley Central School Food Program Guidelines will be upheld during the Summer Feeding Program.Program Details: Each participating child will receive 5 complete breakfast and 5 complete lunches at NO COST each week. There are no income qualifications for Summer Meals. Pick-up will take place every Thursday from July 16th through August 6th. (July 16, 23, 30, and August 6)Pick-up location: AuSable Forks Elementary School, 28 West Church St, AuSable Forks, NY 12912.
