Through our partnerships with NEU and CFES, we use a well-defined process to identify and create a culture of universal achievement, collaboration, standards alignment, assessment, data analysis and interventions. Students are exposed to powerful college symbolism. Each of our classrooms has adopted a college, displaying college banners and flags, and all KES students will learn about college and how to prepare for college. At KES, we never tell students they must go to college, however, we strongly believe it is our job to prepare every student so if he/she decides to go to college someday, they are ready for that next step.

NEU campuses as well as CFES campuses use a well-defined process to identify and create the following systems: culture of universal achievement, collaboration, standards alignment, assessment, data analysis, and interventions. CFES campuses also focus on mentoring and leadership through service. The NEU schools and CFES schools also expose students to powerful college symbolism, including college flags and banners hung on doors and in hallways. Each of our classrooms has adopted a college and all students at KES will learn about colleges and what it takes to prepare for college. At KES, we never tell students they must go to college, however, we strongly believe it is our job to prepare every student so if he/she decides to go to college someday, we have prepared each student for that challenge.
The entire Keeseville community has a tremendous amount of pride in the accomplishments of the students who attend Keeseville Elementary. These students have been acknowledged around the area for their respect of others, their caring, compassionate attitudes and their eagerness to work hard to reach their goals. We love our students and we look forward to a wonderful school year.
